this is gorgeous.
check out the calder jewelry exhibit at the Philadelphia Museum of Art or the catalogue...the pieces are incredible.
i have a famous photo of anjelica huston wearing calder's "the jealous husband" on my weblog...if you are interested.
I LOVE Alexander Calder. At the Whitney they have a miniature circus he created from wire and junk. we just saw an exhibition of Art Smith's work at the Brooklyn Museum also.
p.s. thanks for the tip. I'm going to have to go see that with my mom.
